My work explores colorful niches of city and urban life as well as scenic vistas. Using a variety of photographic media - from classic 4x5 view cameras, digital, "toy" cameras (any Holga fans out there?) to obscure Soviet era panoramic devices - all serve to reveal and enrich the unique character of the setting. Color and light - in all shades and shapes - sometimes stop me in my tracks, and hopefully, afford an opportunity to capture the moment for future appreciation.
